Important Information
Construction Notice
- SUMMER 2025 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roof work on Building 3 will be underway from May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, balconies and patios may be inaccessible, and construction noise is likely during the day. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- Door codes for smart locks will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. No in-person meeting at the property.
Property Access
- Key cards located in the condo are required for access to indoor amenities (Building 3: Pool, hot tubs, saunas, steam room) and outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2: Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, fire pit).
Policies and Rules
- No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside at least 75 feet from the building. Proper disposal of cigarette butts required.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No parties, large groups, or events allowed.
- Pets are not allowed. Unapproved pets will result in a $450 fine.
- Written rental agreement must be signed and returned.
Fees and Payments
- Additional charge applies for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out.
- $450 fine for unauthorized pets.
Parking Information
- Tesla destination chargers are available in the upper Snowshed parking lot (short walk from condo). Non-Tesla EVs may use with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed in this lot.
- Free parking is available on-site.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards required for access.
- Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM–10 PM). Key cards required.
- A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
- High-speed internet, towels, bed linens, hair dryer, climate control, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and cooking basics are included.
- The town has well water with high mineral content. Bottled water is recommended if you are sensitive to taste.
Transportation
- Free shuttle service to the resort is available every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter.
- The condo is approximately a 7-minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
Safety and Emergency Information
- In winter, building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios for safety. This is a homeowner's association requirement.
- Winter weather is unpredictable; weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter conditions.
- The condo includes smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
